Ireland Engagement Session

Sam + Chris

It’s hard to put into words the few days that we had in Ireland together. The rolling hills of County Kerry and the ancient sea hitting the sharp coastal rocks made it for the perfect location for this Ireland engagement session. When we arrived in Kerry, Ireland in late November it was pouring rain. The clouds and fog surrounded our car as we arrived at our airbnb.

We started the engagement session at Inch Beach. Of course when we got to the beach it was pouring rain and it was extremely windy. It definitely got us warmed up for this session. We spent around 20 minutes at the beach and then made our way into Dingle, Ireland. We took a lot of photos around the beautiful town. Sam & Chris even stopped to get ice cream.

The next day was our big photo & video day. We all woke up super early and made our way to the Airbnb. I could tell just by looking at the sky that it was going to be a beautiful day. When we arrived I saw Chris writing a letter to Sam through the airbnb window. It was a really cute moment to witness.

The sun started to rise and we headed toward the outside field of the Airbnb. There was a beautiful rolling hill in the background. The colors of the sky changed every 5 minutes. It was a really beautiful morning. Sam + Chris read their letters to one another. After taking a few portraits at the Airbnb we went and explored the coast of Kerry, County.

All of us were all so invested in creating art for Sam & Chris.

The universe knew that we needed good weather, we got so incredibly lucky. I will treasure these photos forever and I know Sam + Chris will do the same. I really can’t thank my clients enough for trusting me and allowing to be vulnerable in front of a camera. It is so hard.
